Hey everyone!
Today I found another nice hobby I'll try out.
It might look a little off-topic, but until barbecue is done outside in the nature, it fits.
I'll start to build my own fairy garden.
Yea you heard right!
Those fairy gardens are amazing stuff!
You create a mini garden designed to lure Fairies into it.
How cute would it be to have one of those little creatures in your graden?
They could grant us wishes for our bbqs and other parts of our life.
I always wanted to have a bigger family, maybe they can help me with this :P
Oh man that would be so awesome!
I found about about this on a website i found by accident while clicking a forum.
If you want a Fairy in a Garden aswell, let us do it together!
I already ordered a few things I'll need so I can start after the weekend.
Just comment if you know stuff about fairy gardening or want to know more.
Maybe be can work together :)
Peace out and have a nice weekend!

Calf Ribeye Steak
I just did this awesome calf ribeye steak and felt like sharing.
As usual I took alot of pictures, enjoy.
Step1 : The Rub
Salt
Roasted garlic
Parsley
Unions
Rosemary
Thyme
Lemon peel
Capers
Chop these ingredients into very small pieces and mix them up.
Afterwards put some olive oil to your mixture.
Step 2: Prepare the meat
Unpack it and use the rub on it.
Make sure it is everywhere!
After you've done that, let it rest in the fridge for one day.
Step 3: The barbecue
On the next day, it's time for the barbecue!
For getting some color, we will put our calf ribeye on a very hot spot of or barbecue.
When this is done, put it to a coretemperatur of 60°C (140°F).
After 2,5 hours it reached its goal and looked like this:
I served it with dumplings and mushroomsauce. It was delicious!
